HEMAI GLOVES pay max attention on the quality. We have quality control team and rigid quality controle system.
For every order, we make inspection at least 5 times.
1) We control the quality beginning from the materials purchasing, inspect all materials and test them before production.
2) When production, our quality department inspect quality from each batch, if quality not pass the standards, we'll adjust production immediately.
3) When packing, our workers will check each piece of gloves, and drop the defective ones.
4) After packing the box, our quality inspector will take spot inspection. If not pass, we'll make inspection each piece by piece, make sure the quality is same as client's requested.
5) Before shipment, we ask clients to inspect our goods in our factory.
